Liability of the Parties

  1. YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND THAT YOU BEAR THE FULL RISK OF  QUALITY, OPERABILITY, ACCURACY, AND COSTS.
  2. The Seller is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the Software.
  3. The Seller is not responsible for lost profits resulting from the use of the Software.

Buyers

  1. The Buyer has no right to resell the purchased Software in any way.
  2. Purchasing a Software does not mean buying rights to it. The Software is transferred to the Buyer for personal use only.
  3. The Seller is selling You a License to the Software but the Software are not sold to You. Software License shall be valid worldwide and entitle the User to display and use the Software in the appropriate MT5 Client Terminal to his personal advantage.
  4. The Buyer has the right to use the Software in accordance with the specified limited number of its installations/keys.
